* An ordinance authorizing and directing the issuance, sale and delivery of $1.27 million in special obligation bonds, series 2010A, and approving certain documents and authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith.

* Discussion regarding compensation for city council members. Council members receive $100 per month and the mayor receives $150 per month. The council is required to review those amounts every five years.
