* A public hearing regarding the water rate effects resulting from the issuance of $1 million in bonds through the Missouri Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Program using America Recovery and Reinvestment Grant revenue to the state of Missouri.
Consent ordinances
* An ordinance vacating the city's interest in a water-line easement on property owned by Midamerica Hotels west of Cape Girardeau County Park North and east of Limbaugh Lane.
* An ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the code of ordinances by changing the zoning of Lot 1, part of Lot 2 and part of lot 3 of Kensington Place Phase One, and part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 31 North, Range 13 East, in the city and county of Cape Girardeau, from R-1 to C-2.
* An ordinance annexing 49.71 acres of land along LaSalle Avenue upon the request of Norwald Inc.
* An ordinance annexing 58.38 acres of land along LaSalle Avenue upon the request of Meyr Properties LP.
* An ordinance amending the boundaries of wards 4 and 6 to include annexed properties.

* An ordinance amending Section 26-246 of the city code, regarding parking near signalized intersections, to restore the 30-foot no parking restrictions near stop signs.

* An ordinance appropriating $2.28 million for capital and operating expenditures for the Solid Waste Fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
* An ordinance amending Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the city code, by establishing a no parking zone on the east side of Meadowbrook Lane for 142 feet south from Larry Lane,
* An ordinance authorizing the city manager to execute an agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for accepting a $126,000 grant for promotion of scheduled air service at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
* An ordinance authorizing the city manager to execute an agreement providing $167,000 to support control tower operations with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission, at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
* An ordinance enacting a new Section 26-234 and a new Schedule B of the city code pertaining to school speed zones.
* An ordinance approving the record plat of Boulder Crest Estates southeast of County Park South.
* A resolution authorizing the city manager to execute an escrow agreement with A.J.E. Homes LLC and Montgomery Bank, for Boulder Crest Estates.
* A motion approving the improvement plans for streets, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and a water main extension to serve Boulder Crest Estates Subdivision.

* A resolution authorizing the city manager to execute a services agreement with Alberici Constructors Inc. for project management of the Osage Community Centre, Family Aquatic Center and Shawnee Park Sports Complex projects.
