An ordinance declaring it necessary to improve that part of an alleyway running from New Madrid Street to Mississippi Street between West End Boulevard and Illinois Avenue.

An ordinance declaring it necessary to improve that part of an alleyway running from Fifth Street to Johnson Street between Main Street and Water Street.
