* A public hearing to consider the request of the city to rezone the property at 225, 226, 229, 230 and 234 N. Sprigg St. and 625 and 701 Bellevue St. from residential urban mixed-density district to central business district.

* A public hearing to consider the request of IOC-Cape Girardeau LLC to rezone about 23 acres at approximately 800 N. Spanish St. to planned development district and to approve a preliminary development plan.

* An ordinance authorizing the city manager to execute a Transportation Enhancement Funds Program Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for the South Side Trail Connection Project. Second and third reading.

New ordinances

* An ordinance calling a special election in the city of Cape Girardeau on the question of whether to adopt an initiative ordinance known as the "Cape Girardeau Smoke-Free Air Act," to prohibit smoking in indoor workplaces and public places; designating the time of holding the election; authorizing and directing the city clerk to give notice of the election. First, second and third readings.

* An ordinance authorizing the city manager to execute a Federal Aid Program with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission for the extension of the Riverwalk Trail along the Mississippi River. First reading.

* An ordinance amending chapter 30 of the code of ordinances by changing the zoning properties located on North Sprigg Street and Bellevue Street in the city and county of Cape Girardeau residential urban mixed-density district to central business district. First reading.

* An ordinance amending zoning regulations of the city by establishing a planned development district pursuant to the city zoning ordinance and approving the application and revised preliminary development plan for a proposed casino complex.
