Reappointed Mark Seesing to the Airport Advisory Board.

Liquor licenses

Gave conditional approval of a package 5 percent beer and wine tasting liquor license for Debra Martin, d/b/a Patricia Ann's, 130 N. Main St.

Approved a temporary 5 percent beer by the drink license for Mary Patterson, d/b/a St. Vincent De Paul School for an event to be held Nov. 8 at the A.C. Brase Arena Building.

Gave conditional approval of a change in managing officer for Ruby Tuesday Inc., 3069 William.

Gave conditional approval of a retail liquor by the drink and Sunday sales liquor license for Marx LLC, d/b/a Bella Italia, 20 N. Spanish.

Conditional approval of a package liquor and Sunday sales license for Aldi Inc., 2145 Independence.
