(First reading) Approved a special-use permit to Jeffrey A. and Laura Thomas for the purpose of constructing, operating and maintaining a lighted pole sign at 1925 William St.
Granted a special-use permit to St. Francis Medical Center for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a four-story health and wellness center at 150 S. Mount Auburn Road.
Granted a special use permit to Terry Enterprises LLC for the purpose of maintaining and operating a child care facility at 818 S. Sprigg St.
Approved changes to the zoning ordinance regarding the Board of Adjustment.
Levied a special assessment for the improvement of Southern Expressway from South Kingshighway to Silver Springs Road and authorizing the issuance of special tax bills.
Established the boundaries of a trunk sewer district to serve Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Approved a contract agreement and change order for hangar taxiway reconstruction at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
