Consent agenda

* Approved the Dec. 2 city council regular and closed-session meeting minutes.

* Approved an ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the city code by rezoning property in Cape West Village Subdivision from RMH to RUMD.

* Approved an ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the city code by rezoning property near the intersection of Shawnee Parkway and Silver Springs Road from R-1 to C-2.

* Approved an ordinance amending ordinance Nos. 3834 and 3951 authorizing the city manager to execute an amended and restated development agreement with Cape Girardeau County, the Town Plaza Community Improvement District, CLILA, L.P. and Greater Missouri Builders Inc. related to the Town Plaza Redevelopment Project, and containing a severability clause.

* Approved a resolution authorizing the city manager to execute a lease agreement with Tony and Sandy Ladd and Sandy's Place LLC at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.

* Approved a resolution authorizing the city manager to reject all bids for the request for proposals for solar arrays.

* Approved an ordinance approving the record plat of Walter White Subdivision.

Appointments

* Appointed Mayor Harry Rediger and councilman Mark Lanzotti to the Cape Girardeau Area Magnet Board of Directors.

* Appointed Jeffrey Heise and James Bowling to the Board of Examiners.
