Approved a resolution authorizing the city manager to execute an agreement with Dutch Enterprises, Inc. for the Perryville Road and Lexington Avenue Water Main projects.

Approved a resolution authorizing the city manager to execute a license and indemnity agreement with PAR Investment Properties, LC, to place certain improvements on city right of way at 2516 Carriage Crossing.

Approved a resolution authorizing the city manager to execute a commitment for financial assistance with the Missouri Transportation Finance Corp. for purchase of bifold hangar door at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport.
