* Authorized the mayor to execute general warranty deeds from the city of Cape Girardeau to various property owners for property located on Vantage Drive and Farrar Drive.
* Accepted a general warranty deed from Trifecta Development for property at Lexington Avenue and Flad Avenue.
* Established a speed limit of 35 mph on a portion of Silver Springs Road.

* Authorized the city manager to execute a contract with Monroe Plumbing & Heating Co.
* Acknowledged receipt of an annexation petition from the Joseph James Revocable Living Family Trust and the Janet C. James Revocable Trust Agreement, and set a public hearing regarding the proposed annexation of land.
* Authorized the city manager to execute a general agreement for engineering services with S. H. Smith & Co. for improvements to Walnut Street.
