-- A petition for voluntary annexation from the Cape Girardeau County Commission and Bruce S. Watkins for a 39-acre tract adjoining the city limits along Kingshighway.
-- Property tax rates for the city and the Special Business District.
-- The request from the Southeast Missouri Fair Board for a special use permit for a sign at the southwest corner of the Kingshighway entrance to Arena Park.
-- Regarding the declaration of necessity to make certain sewer improvements in Twin Lake subdivision.
-- Regarding the declaration of necessity to improve Vincent Avenue from Country Club Drive to Timon Way, Flint Hill Road from Big Bend Road to a dead end, Country Club Drive from the club gate to a dead end, Redwood Drive from Vista Lane to Lear Drive, Bevin Drive from West Rodney to a dead end, Cedar Lane from Charles Street to a dead end and Rand Street from Water Street to Roberts Street.
Consent ordinances, second and third readings:
-- Accepting a permanent easement from Union Electric for sewer maintenance at the La Croix substation.
-- Establishing the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No. 8-M, a subdivision of Major District No. 8, approving the plans and authorizing the construction of sanitary lateral sewers in Lateral Sewer District No. 8-M, under a private contract for Forest Hills Estates.
-- Authorizing the acquisition of property for the Mt. Auburn Road extension.
- Levying a special assessment for the improvement of Dixie Boulevard, Jasmine Lane, Magnolia Avenue and Delwin Street, and authorized the issuance of special tax bills.

-- Authorizing the mayor to execute a special warranty deed transferring property along North Sprigg Street to Holigan Family Investments.

Establishing the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No. 14-1-D approving plans and authorizing the construction of a system of sanitary lateral sewers in Lateral Sewer District No. 14-1-D-5, under a private contract and a motion approving the improvement plans for street and storm-sewer construction in Wyandotte Acres.
Amending the city code relating to tax bills for nuisance abatement.

-- Accepting grant funding from the Missouri Department of Economic Development for a Community Development Block Grant project for restoration of the Jefferson-Shawnee neighborhood.
-- Approving the record plat for Six Sisters Second Subdivision.
-- Approving the record plat of Randol Farms Estates Second Addition Amended Subdivision.
Items relating to Beavercreek Estates:
-- An ordinance approving the record plat of Beavercreek Estates, first reading.
-- A resolution authorizing the city manager to execute an escrow agreement and irrevocable letter of credit with G. Keith Deimund Trust and Union Planters Bank of Southeast Missouri for Beavercreek Estates. Reading and Passage.
New ordinances, first readings:
-- Relating to special assessments and special tax bills.
-- Relating to weed abatement.
-- Establishing the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District 14-1-F-7, a subdivision of Trunk Sewer District No. 14-1-F.
-- Accepting a water easement from P. David Gerlach and Jerrie L. Reid Gerlach.
-- Authorizing the issuance of special tax bills for the demolition of dangerous buildings.
Resolutions:
-- Authorizing the city manager to execute a demolition contract with Nip Kelley Equipment Company, Inc., for demolition services for the flood buy-out program.
-- Acknowledging the receipt of annexation petitions and setting a public hearing on proposed annexation of Gerlach and Deimund properties.
-- Authorizing the city manager to execute a broadcast/cable agreement with the Missouri Department of Conservation.
