-- Passed by a 4-3 vote, an ordinance granting a special use permit to city for purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating a cellular phone communication tower at 2815 Perryville Road.
-- Passed an ordinance amending Chapter 2 of the city code, establishing a Vision 2000/Vision 2020 Community Relations Council, and establishing its membership, terms and duties.
-- Passed an ordinance amending Chapter 12 of the city code relating to flood plain management regulations.
