A public hearing regarding the city's past performance in carrying out a 1994 Flood Buyout Program under the Community Development Block Program, the grant project being as follows: 97 houses were purchased and 56 families were relocated under the Flood Buyout Program, Project #94-DR-096.

A public hearing regarding the request of Bob and Ron Clark to rezone 1705 N. Kingshighway from C-1 (local commercial) and C-2 (general commercial) to C-2 (general commercial).

Consent Ordinances

An ordinance amending Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the City Code, repealing the speed limit on a portion of Morgan Oak and establishing the speed limit on a portion of Morgan Oak.

An ordinance reaffirming the action of the city council declaring it necessary to improve, providing for improvement, directing the city manager to enter into a contract to do the work, and providing for the manner of payment of the work, of Kent Street from the termination of existing pavement in Woodland Hills Subdivision to Lexington Avenue, approximately 450 feet.

An ordinance reaffirming the action of the city council declaring it necessary to improve, providing for the improvement, directing the city manager to enter into a contract to do the work, and providing for the manner of payment of the work, of Timberland Drive from Kage Road to the dead end; Capaha Trail from the end of the existing pavement to Garden Lane; Hill Street from Johnson Street to the dead end; Beaudean Lane from College Steet to south of Elm Street; Beaudean Lane from Linden Street to Hickory Street; Engram Street from Highland Drive to the dead end; Terry Lane from Kingsway Drive to Joanne Street; and Johnson Street from Rand Street to Riverview Drive, known as the 1999 4 inch asphaltic pavement program of the Transportation Trust Fund.

An ordinance amending Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the City Code by placing a stop sign on Wintergreen Drive.

An ordinance amending Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the City Code, establishing speed limits on Perryville Road.

An ordinance authorizing the city to lease to the First National Bank of the Mid-South certain real estate owned by the city and the improvements located thereon; and authorizing and approving a lease purchase agreement and other actions in connection with the financing of the cost of improving the A.C. Brase Arena.

An ordinance approving the record plat of Landspec Subdivision.

New Ordinances

An ordinance amending Chapter 30 of the code of Ordinances by changing the zoning of 1705 North Kingshighway, from C-1 to C-2.

A motion accepting into the city's system the water main extension to serve the Brown/Patterson properties along Franks Lane, off of Limbaugh Lane.

A motion accepting into the city's system the stormwater basin, as shown on the plans approved for Wyandotte Acres Subdivision and authorize the release of escrow covering these improvements.

A motion to reject all bids submitted for the Delwin Street improvement and authorize the project to be rebid at a later date.

A motion granting an out-of-district sewer permit to Gary Arnold for a sewer connection into Sewer District 14-1-D-1 located at Belleridge Subdivision, Lot 3, Block 6, on Dixie Boulevard.
