* Public hearing regarding the request of Cape Girardeau School District No. 63 for a special-use permit for an addition to Franklin School at 215 N. Louisiana Ave. in an R-2, single family residential district.

* Resolution authorizing the city manager to execute Amendment No. 6 to professional services agreement with Sverdrup Civil Inc. for the sanitary sewer improvement program.

* Resolution authorizing the city manager to execute an agreement with Monroe Plumbing and Heating Co. Inc. for Broadway improvements from Clark to Perry avenues.

* Resolution establishing the maximum annual assessment policy for Transportation Trust Fund Projects for calendar year 2000.
