A Cape Girardeau church will mark a pivotal date in the American civil rights struggle next week.
The 50th anniversary of the March on Washington and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have A Dream" speech will be observed at 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. James AME Church, 516 North St.
