The academic contest consists of 100 questions on a computer disk. A total of 60 seconds is allowed for each question. If the correct answer is typed in within 6 seconds, a total of 15 points is awarded. The points decrease as time elapses. Team members were Jonathan Anderson, Anjuli Dahlya, Sam Fletcher, Casey Ferden, Matthew Hawkins, Julie McGowen, Brandon Ruth, Amanda Stoecker, Susan Tansil and Marisa Uzoaru. Dixie Lee Cook is the team's sponsor.
