A Cape Girardeau County Private ambulance crashed into a median and overturned when the driver fell asleep early Friday morning. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Samantha Sniadecki, 21, of Perryville, Missouri, fell asleep and coasted off the left side of westbound Interstate 64 near Lake St. Louis, Missouri, striking the cable median. The vehicle returned to the roadway and then overturned, according to the crash report

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that Samantha Sniadecki, 21, of Perryville, Missouri, fell asleep and coasted off the left side of westbound Interstate 64 near Lake St. Louis, Missouri, striking the cable median. The vehicle returned to the roadway and then overturned, according to the crash report.

Sniadecki, Bailey Hutson, 17, and Trevor Dunn, 28, received minor injuries in the crash, according to the report. Hutson and Dunn were listed as occupants in the crash report.

They were taken by St. Charles County Ambulance to St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis.
