CAPE BRIDGE CLUB HOLDS ITS OPEN MEETING FEB. 12
The Cape Duplicate Bridge Club held its regular open meeting on Feb. 12. June Beal and Peggy Sadler were the first place winning pairs and Frankie Schott and John Whitehead were the second place winning pairs. Club games are open to all. Club games are open to all. Although the games are sanctioned by the American Contract Bridge League, one need not be a member to play. Games are commonly stratifies, so that players compete with those of their same skill level.
The club meets in the Hirsch room at the Cape Public Library on the second and fourth Friday of each month and play starts promptly at 7 p.m. The next game will be held on Feb. 26.
