Cape school board holds special meeting

The Cape Girardeau School Board will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. Monday at the administration offices at 301 N. Clark Ave. On the agenda are an approval for bids for phones and wiring, a presentation by the Missouri Securities Investment Program, an update on the Alternative Education Center and a discussion on renovating metal buildings at Central Junior High School. The board will also go into closed session to consider the hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees.
