Capaha Park to host ribbon cutting for finished projects
To celebrate the completion of two Capaha Park projects, the city of Cape Girardeau will hold a ribbon cutting at the park Friday. The public is welcome to join the celebration, which begins at 11 a.m. The newest additions include a playground and pavilion. Also included in the project are sidewalks, benches, fountains, landscaping and improved pedestrian access.
