__What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?:__

I am a personable, responsible, dependable and organized candidate. I am dedicated to making my school board experience as positive as possible to ensure growth for the students and teachers in our district.

__What do you see as the opportunities and challenges in the district?:__

I would like to have the opportunity to explore and utilize ways to build a stronger bond between our community and our school. With Common Core already being implemented in our district, I feel it has had a negative impact on our teachers and students. Every child learns differently and should not be forced to learn according to a specific guideline mandated by the federal government.

I will allow myself to be available to answer any questions and/or concerns that my constituents have, whether it be in person, via e-mail, or telephone.

__What are the factors on which you will base your decisions as a school board member?:__

As a school board member, I plan to base my decisions on the betterment of every one of our students, our teachers, and members of our community.
