Yes, and the new legislation will retain the Pre-Existing Condition clause and offer citizens an IRS Form 1040 tax deduction for medical health care coverage similar to a tax credit for a child. Current law acts like a penalty rather than a tax credit and requires enforcement. To work effectively people require good health and we can minimize everyone's tax burden and give people a chance to generate income without increasing scope of government.
Lessening our carbon footprint is in everyone's interest and we can do it economically now that we have established the EPA Carbon Pollution Standard. Our new building permits will require this standard be met for Us to have a better environment.

2) Transition our economy from relying on foreign oil to a nation utilizing clean coal, renewable energy sources, and High Speed Rail.
3) Reducing old arsenal of nuclear weapons now that we have better technology.
