WHAT MAKES YOU THE BEST CANDIDATE FOR THIS OFFICE?

My 20 years of Nursing experience will help me provide the best possible care for each Ward. Most importantly, I understand that although a person is declared a "Ward" of the court, they are still unique individuals and require individualized care. As an RN I am very knowledgeable about being an advoate for others.

I will make decisions that will care and support the Wards so they can live in the least restrictive setting.

WHY DID YOU SEEK THIS SEAT IN SUCH A CROWDED FIELD?

I watched my Grandfather Robert Sawyer die with cancer and I knew at that moment spending time at the hospital, I wanted to take care of others. Grandpa was fortunate to have family care for him, others are not. I want to be the individual to care for them and look out for every aspect of their life, from setting up residency, overseeing finances, and arranging for their healthcare needs. I am committed to caring.

CLOSING REMARKS:

It would be a privilege to care for the Wards of the court. I promise to run the office with efficiency and integrity. I will work hard in every aspect of the Ward's care to insure their needs are met. I will treat each Ward with respect and protect their rights, while looking out for their best interest. The Wards are not just numbers, they are "our Neighbors" and I'm committed to caring for them.
