EDUCATION:

I graduated from Fox High School in Arnold, MO in May 1990. I attended SEMO for 2 years and now attend TRCC awaiting acceptance into the RN program for the Fall of 2013.

OCCUPATION:

Home Health

EMPLOYER:

VNA of Southeast Missouri

BUSINESSES OWNED, ALL OR PART:

I am not an owner in whole or part of any business

PUBLIC OFFICES HELD OR SOUGHT; GIVE DATES:

This is my first run as a candidate for any election

WHAT'S THE BIGGEST NEED YOU HOPE TO ADDRESS IF ELECTED?

I have been impressed with the amount of strides the Zalma School District has made in regards to they types of programs they are offering their students. The biggest need that I would like to address is getting more parents involved with the school and showing them what Zalma has to offer their child. It's a great school that has a very caring staff dedicated to each and every student.

WHY ARE YOU THE BEST CANDIDATE?

I feel like I am the best candidate to hold office because I have a personal stake in seeing Zalma continue to move forward for their students. As a mother with 6 children in the school system I feel like I would be a voice for making decisions that would benefit all students. I believe that every child deserves the same chance at an education regardless of race or financial status. I will work hard to make sure that our students are always given the same chances that other schools offer their students. I will be a fair voice; a voice for the students of Zalma Schools. Given the opprotunity I would like to be a part of the decision making process for our school district.
