__What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?:__
I have served on the board for 9 years and only missed one meeting, having served as Vice President and currently as Treasurer. I have a dedication, commitment and leadership background that I feel is required in providing proper direction for our youth and community in making decisions that will represent everyone. I have been and will continue to listen to your concerns and have a open line of communication with parents, students and community.

Next year we will have a new superintendent. The board and he must work together and go forward in a positive way making good solid decisions which will improve and mold our youths' lives for the future. We must focus on student success, curriculum and training towards higher MAP scores and make sure our staff has all the essential tools to succeed in educating our youth for their future.
__What are the factors on which you will base your decisions as a school board member?:__
Inputs gathered from administration, teachers, parents and students. Collaboration on these inputs with other school board members and appropriate administration and educators. Assessment of board recommendations against the defined needs of the students.
