__What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?:__

I went to Nell Holcomb as a child. I believe in this school and when I had children this is the school I wanted them to go to. I believe it takes teamwork and comprise to get goals accomplished. I have both qualities.

__What do you see as the opportunities and challenges in the district?:__

Just like healthcare, I think the district faces similar challenges working in a budget and coming up with ways to be resourceful.

The district has wonderful opportunities due to great teachers who create a great learning environment.

The factors I base decisions on will depend on the problem I'm addressing. Be it financial, personnel or conduct I take all seriously and l look to be fair.
