WHAT IS YOUR VIEW ON THE SEVERITY OF THE VOTER FRAUD PROBLEM? HOW CAN IT BE ADDRESSED?

It was quite severe in the 2010 state rep race in my district (40). Unfortunately, the local election board is corrupt and the current SOS chose to look the other way, and the state legislature (both major parties) chose not to act. All the laws in the world won't help if the people running the system are corrupt. We need to focus on actually enforcing the laws we have, not fixate on passing new ones.
