WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE FACING THE ILLMO SPECIAL ROAD DISTRICT?:

Currently, Scott City tax payer's dollars are not being spent close to town, but on one road that the director lives on. We need to improve ALL roads that have been neglected for the past two years. As previous director, I maintained all roads in need of improvement including Hillman Drive so Scott City citizens could have a good alternative route out of town.

WHAT IN YOUR BACKGROUND OR EDUCATION MAKES YOU QUALIFIED FOR THIS OFFICE?:

I've had six years experience as director of the Illmo Special Road District. Also, I have been in the construction business for 40 years, which included building roads.
