An average of over 50,000 children a year benefit from area non-profit children's programs that are supported by RMHC of TriState. The purchase of library books, upgrade of classroom technology, student participation in musical and theater arts, providing college scholarships, and having the tools to promote healthy life choices are some of the programs that receive funding through RMHC grants.

Most recently, the charity and local McDonald's owner/operator Andi Hilburn-Vaini have partnered with Saint Francis Healthcare in Cape Girardeau to provide furnishings for a new family lounge in the NICU. In addition, $65,000 was given to the Ronald McDonald Houses in Evansville, Indiana, Louisville, Kentucky, and St. Louis in 2023 to support the mission of keeping families close.
