CALLING CONTESTS

PIEDMONT -- Turkey callers will compete in a number of classes during the Southeast Missouri Open Turkey Calling Contest, to be held at Clearwater Grade School here Saturday.
Trophies will be awarded in 10 classes Youth, Mouth Calling, Pee Wee, Gobbling, Wing Bone-Yelper, Owl Hooting, Friction, Wayne County Callers, SEMO Amateur, and SEMO Open.

Entry fees are $5 for SEMO Open and SEMO Amateur; $1 for Pee Wee Division, and $3 for all other classes.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with calling to start at 6:30 p.m. Admission will be $2 for adults, children 6-12, $1, and children under 6 free.
