For three years the Grace Cafe has enjoyed its roomy digs at 835 Broadway. But now the coffee/tea/lunch/free wi-fi shop is ditching that location for something a bit more cozy.

Starting this month Grace has set up shop just down the road at 818 Broadway, the former home of the Weber TV and appliance store.

"As soon as I walked over there and saw it one day I knew the space is just perfect," said owner Grace Parry.

"It's a better size for what we're doing. I call it the Grace Cafe remix."

Parry said the new home is more of a coffee-shop atmosphere, with exposed brick walls, a high tin ceiling, a classic-style maple floor.

"It's just going to be better -- faster Internet, the same espresso bar, the same tea, coffee and lunch."
