BUSINESS OPENS IN JACKSON: CREATIVE CONCEPTS READY TO SERVE FIRMS

JACKSON -- Creative Concepts, a firm designed to provide businesses with insight, advice and practical solutions to employment and personnel problems, has opened at Jackson.

Michael Meyer, owner/founder of the new firm, has more than 10 years experience and training in the area of human resources and personnel management.

"Few small businesses have the luxury of a full-time human resources manager," said Meyer.

Meyer's company will help businesses formulate employee handbooks.

"We have had good response and feedback from area businesses on the handbooks, which are tailored to their business needs," said Meyer. "Creative Concepts can be a temporary personnel department for businesses."

Meyer of Jackson is a Southeast Missouri State University graduate with a degree in business administration.

"I worked four years as a management recruiter following graduation from college," said Meyer. "I then went into human resource management with Tri-Con."

He has worked the past two years in human resources management with a company at Ste. Genevieve.
