CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Richard ("Dick") Caldwell has been named business manager at the Southeast Missourian Newspaper.
Caldwell, a northwest Indiana native, has 20 years experience working in the newspaper industry, the last 10 at the Times in Hammond, Ind.

He has a degree in computer technology from Purdue University. He also attended Indiana University at Gary.
He is a member of the Gary Chamber of Commerce, and is past president of the Gary Kiwanis Club. He is also a member of the Schererville, Ind., Rotary Club.
Caldwell resides in Cape Girardeau with his wife, Carol, and 16-month-old daughter, Elizabeth.
