ST. LOUIS -- A judge has indefinitely delayed consideration of a $1.5 million settlement stemming the death of a woman at the home of former Anheuser-Busch CEO August Busch IV.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Tuesday that the delay in approving the settlement for the woman's son comes as her parents appeal to join the lawsuit.
Busch had offered the settlement to a lawsuit filed by the ex-husband of Adrienne Martin, who died of a drug overdose Dec. 19 in Busch's mansion near St. Louis.
A Cape Girardeau County judge previously rejected her parents' attempt to be added as plaintiffs in the lawsuit.
