Rose Massie of Cape Girardeau, will be office counselor. She has more than 20 years' teaching experience.
The office provides counseling and assistance to clients in helping them solve financial problems through a debt management systems and new skills in budgeting.
C. Philip Johnston is president of the company, which is headquartered in St. Louis.
