Bootheel woman killed after being hit by car
HORNERSVILLE, Mo. -- A Friday evening accident on Missouri Highway 164, west of Hornersville, left a local woman dead, the Daily Dunklin Democrat newspaper reported. Fisher was pronounced dead by Dunklin County Coroner Jack Adkins at approximately 8:35 p.m., and next of kin was notified.
The accident marks the 12th fatality for Troop E in 2010.
