Due to Davault's prior felony convictions, he was placed under arrest for unlawful possession of a firearm.
On Dec. 8, a search warrant was served at Eide's residence after the sheriff's office had received information in reference to Eide possessing firearms. During the course of the search, multiple firearms were located and seized as evidence as well as ammunition and firearm equipment, Graham said. After those items were located and seized as evidence, Eide was placed under arrest for multiple felony charges including unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance -- methamphetamine.
