A one-vehicle accident in Bollinger County left a man seriously injured Monday evening.
The accident occurred as a 2001 Ford F150 driven by Kevin Hefner, 33, of Zalma, Missouri, ran off the right side of the road and overturned, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

Hefner, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was seriously injured in the crash. Passenger Tonya Woods, 29, also of Zalma, suffered minor injuries. Both were taken by Bollinger County Ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
