BLUFF CONFERENCE WILL FEATURE SPEAKER

POPULAR BLUFF -- Liz Curtis Higgs of Louisville, Ky., will be a keynote speaker at the Women Aware Inc. Conference Aug. 8 at Three Rivers Community College here.

Since 1983, Higgs has presented more than 400 humorous, motivational and inspirational programs for businesses, associations, churches and civic groups over America. Combing original humor and gentle motivation, Higgs offers her audiences encouragement.

The one-day conference is specially designed for women who want information on personal growth, how to expand business skills, how to improve family life and for those interested in networking with other women.

Registrations are being accepted. The $25 fee includes three meals as well as all keynote speakers, breakout sessions and booth exhibit area. It also includes a one-year Women Aware membership and .725 hours of continuing education credit from TRCC. A $5 late registration fee will be added after July 31.
