A Bloomfield, Mo., man was killed, and two men from Scott County were injured in separate accidents in the region Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning.
Anthony Parker, 29, of Bloomfield was killed early Tuesday when the vehicle he was driving ran off the road and struck a bridge near Grayridge, Mo.
The accident occurred at 4 a.m. on U.S. 60, two miles west of Grayridge.
In the other accident, Jason Gordon, 24, of Oran, Mo., and Christopher Shipman, 26, of Morley, Mo., were both taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau after the ATV Gordon was driving struck a bridge. The accident occurred at 3:15 p.m. Monday on County Road 265, less than a mile west of Oran.
