DEXTER, Mo. -- A Bloomfield, Mo., man is in jail following an alleged robbery at gunpoint.
Marvin Hugh DeJournett, 32, is charged with one count each of the first-degree assault, first-degree robbery and armed criminal action.
According to a probable-cause statement, DeJournett allegedly held a semiautomatic pistol to a man's head, demanded money and threatened to kill him. When the alleged victim gave DeJournett all the money he had, he said DeJournett demanded more.
DeJournett is being housed in the Stoddard County Jail in lieu of a $35,000 cash-only bond.
