Blodgett man accused of statutory rape

A Blodgett, Missouri, man was arrested by Scott County sheriff’s deputies, and he confessed to soliciting and having sex with a juvenile, according to a release from the department.

The Scott County prosecuting attorney charged Christopher A. Hull, 26, with second-degree statutory rape.

Hull’s bond was set at $25,000, cash only.

The sheriff’s department began investigating allegations July 20, according to a news release.

Hull was arrested and confessed Friday, and an arrest warrant was filed Saturday. The department declined to release other information about the alleged victim.
