The Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Greater St. Louis, which serves Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois, is moving.
The BBB will be in new quarters at Sunnen Office Park off Big Bend Road by Nov. 1.
The move from the Merchants Exchange Building, 5100 Oakland Ave., is necessary for the expansion of the St. Louis Science Center to the west.
BBB Chairman Richard Huey said the move will provide the organization a chance to be more flexible and efficient. Famous-Barr has "loaned" a professional designer to design the bureau's new offices "to take us into the 21st century," said Huey.
The St. Louis BBB ranked third in the number of inquiries and fourth in the number of complaints processed among the more than 190 international BBB offices last year.
The BBB hotline is (314)-531-3300.
