"Becka Hollis juggles her community activities, her career and a family," Limbaugh says. "Becka always makes time for others and she knows what is important in life. She is well respected by her customers, her family, and her co-workers."

Hollis enjoys the variety her work brings each day working with commercial customers.

"I get to see inside and outside businesses and help people start their business and make money," she says.

"Her knowledge of business has made her a tremendous asset to the bank's customers," Limbaugh says. "She has built lasting relationships with both customers and prospects, a number of which have evolved from a business relationship into a personal friendship as well."

Examples of her going-the-extra-mile approach to business include a relationship she developed with one customer which eventually expanded to include three generations of the customer's family.

"In another scenario," Limbaugh says, "Becka cared for a struggling international company and coached them through difficult times while helping them to rebuild a strong financial company and a strong banking relationship."

In her personal life, Hollis has remained close to her family, moving her parents and brother to Cape Girardeau from Southern Illinois when she married Matt Hollis whom she met in college. The family has grown to include her new daughter Maci.

Hollis says she enjoys watching her customers succeed.

"I like seeing their businesses grow in size that they might not have thought they could do," she said.
