BANK PROMOTION

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Steve Wright has been promoted to assistant vice president at Cape Mercantile Bank and Trust Co. here.

O.J. (Ollie) Miller, president and CEO of the bank, announced Wright's promotion this week.

Wright, head of the Consumer Loan Department at the bank, has more than 19 years' experience in consumer lending. He has a B.S. degree in management, and is a graduate of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking, at Dallas, Texas.

He is a member of the Noon Optimist Club, and is involved in Scouting.

Wright and his wife, Kathy, are parents of two children, Corey, 13, and Scott, 11.
