Jim Ham has been promoted to property manager at Boatmen's National Bank of Cape Girardeau.
In his new position, Ham is responsible for inspections and outside appraisals of properties which are involved in Boatmen's loans, and maintaining up-to-date records on property maintenance and changes.
Ham joined Boatmen's early this year as credit analyst for the commercial and real estate loan portfolio.
Prior to joining Boatmen's, Ham served as vice president with the retail banking division of First Federal Savings and Loan of Southeast Missouri 15 years.
Ham, a native of Kennett, attended Three Rivers Community College, and has lived in Cape Girardeau 16 years.
He and his wife, Beth, are parents of two children.
