Kevin Dillon of McClure, Ill., was recently honored by Wehrenburg Theatres as "Most Outstanding Showman of the Year" for 1992.

Dillon is general manager at the West Park 4 Cine at West Park Mall.

Dillon received recognition during the company's Christmas party in St. Louis.

Wehrenburg has 28 theaters with a total of 165 screen in Missouri, Illinois and Arizona.

Dillon is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in business administration. He has been with Wehrenburg seven years.

Victoria Steinnerd of Jackson has been honored as "Employee of the Year" at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.

John B. Angelle Jr., administrator at the home, announced Steinnerd's honor during a Christmas party at Deerfield Lodge.

Steinnerd joined the veterans home in August 1990. She has been a member of the employee social committee for two years.

Eureda M. Hendershott, director of the medical records department at Southeast Missouri Hospital, has attained registered records administrator status.

To take the administrator national exam, individuals must have a bachelor of science degree in either health information management or medical records technology. The registration is accepted in all countries and by the World Health Organization.

Hendershott, who attained accredited records technician in 1973, is a graduate of Stephens College in Columbia, with a bachelor of science degree in health information management. She holds an associate degree in medical records.

Prior to joining the staff at Southeast Missouri Hospital in 1980, she was employed as supervisor of patient affairs at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

She is a member of the American Health Information Management Association, Missouri Health Information Management Association, American Association of University Women and Southeast Missouri Medical Records Association.

Karla Householder of Regional Eyecare Center Inc., 1749 Independence, has completed the National Paraoptometric Registry examination and has earned the title of registered optometric assistant.

Householder has been employed by Regional Eyecare Center 16 months.

The Paraoptometric Registry was founded in 1980 to establish and measure a standard of education and skills for optometric assistants and optometric technicians.

Service awards were presented recently to Auto Tire & Parts employees. The awards were presented by John Tlapec during the firm's annual Christmas party.

Employees receiving awards were: 20 Steve Enderle, inventory controller; Wayne Koenig, Peryville store manager; and Steve Bowles, industrial salesman; 15 years Rob Janet, vice president; and Gary Worthy, Charleston counter sales; 10 years Joann Koenig, Perryville counter sales; Gary Breese, Jackson store manager; and Jack Maupin, Cape Girardeau machine shop; 5 years, Wilson Ross, Sikeston machine shop; and Rodney Eldridge, Cape Girardeau machine shop.

Auto Tire & Parts, which provides automotive, truck and tractor parts, shop service equipment and machine shop service, was founded in 1909, and operates 15 retail outlets in Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois.
