Bradford faced six felony charges in connection with a robbery and shooting that occurred Dec. 22 at the same mobile home park near the place his body was found.

During the incident, three suspects robbed two men and shot one twice in the head. The victim survived and left the hospital after two days of treatment. He identified Bradford as one assailant, but no other suspect has been charged in that case.

The Mid-Missouri Major Case Squad was investigating the case.
