The workshop, "A New View on Hearing Aid Fitting," was conducted at St. Francis Medical Center, and included topics on how to use the hearing aid analyzer for "real ear" hearing aid performance, and the latest update on the cochlear implant surgery and rehabilitation.

Williams has been a multi-line hearing aid dealer since July of 1988. She is a member of the Missouri Hearing Aid Society, National Hearing and Aid Society, American Nurses Association, board member of Lutheran Family and Children's Service and board member of the American Heart Association, Missouri Affiliate.
