The Southeast Missourian asked people to reflect on the 1995 football season of the Jackson High School Indians.
Bob Sink: "Our young men performed very well all year. There was a point that we had to overcome some adversity when we lost two in a row earlier in the season, but we put things together and ended up having a super season."
Julie Menz: "I was really proud of them. I thought it was really neat. They made my senior year one that I'll remember."
Scot Wanamaker: "It was pretty exciting for the fans. I missed going to only one game. At Springfield, the expectations were really high since we were there the year before."
Nathan Norman: "I thought all the players came together well as a team and had great confidence this year which was carried over from last year. I know the team enjoyed all the fan support."
Jill Lowes: "I feel everyone came together and supported the team well. After losing a lot of seniors on the team last year, a lot of people doubted them. We're still proud of them for getting second in state."
