Two festivals, families and the arts programs will be sponsored by the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri during February.
The first will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Elementary School. Participants will learn about shadow puppets made in Java.
The second program will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at Central Junior High School. Students will make fiesta head dresses like those used in Ecuador.
The programs are designed for children ages 5 through 13 and their parents. To register, phone the Arts Council at 334-9233.
